Earnings are a huge issue- in arts and cultural jobs pay is low 15 months after graduation, irrespective of type of subject studied (& still is when we model for things like gender, type of uni attended, etc). Arts & cultural grads have even lower earnings if they dont get an arts & cultural job

First off, these subjects are important entry points to key creative industries and occupations 15 months after graduation, when compared to all other HE subjects. This should be celebrated, even though much more needs to be done to strengthen these connections
