My fifteen year old gets mistaken for being much older... so may get the opposite and be able to access... The legislation is not going to solve the issue.

We didn't have any 'blood' relatives close to us so growing up my parents good friends were Aunty and Uncle, their kids - like cousins. When my parents were first married and moved to the rural community a family nearby took them in, they were like grandparents. Family is bigger than genetics.
