It is going to be very interesting to see what uptake there is for this greener #metals premium. Much received wisdom is that people won’t pay more for greener when push comes to shove, but clearly London Metal Exchange thinks they will.

Interesting analysis from Defra looking at future residual waste needs for England. Too much #EfW in the pipeline. Much of that will either need not to be built, or will need to replace less efficient plant. Stronger requirement on heat use (‘viable’) & #CCUS too.
