Awesome! This larger scale food forest development, especially in areas that are historically drier, really captures the potential of permaculture to build resilient landscapes.
I find things like this fascinating. These are not new ideas but when mixed with modern ideas, technology, permaculture and drought planning they change the world.

As an ecological designer, I feel pretty comfortable drawing out landscapes from a bird’s eye view—capturing plant and feature placements. I’m leaning into my growth edge and practicing other types of drawings, this one inspired from the back cover of “Practical Permaculture.”
