I know, I was being facetious (mostly) since Psycho-Pass basically implies that the rest of the world outside of Japan is a war zone. That said, Urobuchi has been quite critical of the US in the past and it's easy to see the criticism of both it and Japan's foreign policies in Psycho-Pass.

Psycho-Pass is such a chilling examination of surveillance, social control, imperialism, technology, even the human mind and spirit. Such a masterpiece!
