Adding systemic hydrocortisone to intrapulmonary budesonide in preterm ventilation didn’t boost lung outcomes—in fact, it blunted the benefits & triggered early brain inflammation

We gave back the stem cells at a targeted dose between 25-50 million cells per kg, which is thought to be efficacious with no side effects noted (average dose across the cohort was 42 million cells per kg)
