COVID-Daten der @DGINA_eV Notaufnahmeampel zeigen ähnlich wie die Daten, die @rv_enigma unten aufbereitet hat, dass der Herbstpeak "durch" sein könnte. Es ergäbe sich ein ganz ähnlicher Verlauf wie im Vorjahr, aber auf niedrigerem Gesamtniveau. Ob sich der Trend bestätigt wissen wir in 1-2 Wochen.

Buying durable carbon removal should take two minutes and a credit card, not weeks of emails.
When we tried to purchase ~200 tonnes of near-term (2025+) CDR ourselves, only two vendors had true “buy now” checkout.

For enhanced weathering projects, there is very little alternative to a spreader if you want to bring rock dust onto farmland at the necessary rates of 10 to 40 tons per hectare.

What you see here is a pile of 29 tons of basalt dust, one truckload. To fight climate change, this rock can suck 9 tons of CO₂ from the ambient air when placed on the right soil at the right location.

(1) Bis zum 28.10. bin ich in computerfreiem Urlaub. Als Vorbereitung für den Vergleich Modellvorhersage gegen Meldungen am 29.10. mein ‚Best Guess‘ von heute (Grafik 1-4). Die Kurven für R1± 0,05 sollen die Unsicherheit der Vorhersage andeuten (kein Konfidenzintervall!). /2
