Extreme-part-time TTRPG content author, unfinished novelist, ADHD, Dyscalculia, she/her, Curséd of the Egg Gods, Kobold of Many Images. I do not speak Welsh, even if I claim that I do.
There are so many more. How can I pick a favorite?

Some series I re-read so often I know them by heart, but that just means that they're comfortable worlds to sink into.

They've become part of me, all of them. I can wrap myself in their pages and feel safe.

Tamora Pierce taught me there is magic in everything, if you care to look for it, and that family is what you choose to make of it.

Diane Duane taught me how to make a good scone, but also that a fun book will unfortunately be over much faster, but it will be worth it to re-read.

He also made "stool samples" he'd give to people he liked. It was a small black film canister with a 'stool sample' label on it, and inside was always a miniature 3-legged wooden stool he would make for it.

He was hilarious and I miss him a lot.

My grandpa, the pharmacist, said keeping a whole potato in your sock would PREVENT colds, because you can't walk with a potato in your sock & so would not be around other people to catch their colds.

He was right, so there's that.

4/ One of those roles was burying the dead, a highly traumatic duty as many of the bodies were severely mutilated. The cemetery was constructed by the 960th Quartermaster Service Company, an all-Black unit of 260 men under the command of a White officer (as was usual).

3/ One of the two panels described how a million African-Americans volunteered for service during World War II, but had to fight against both the enemy and racism on their own side, including segregation within the army itself that confined many to supporting roles.
