i don’t go for most media conspiracies, but with rufo, he loudly and publicly explains exactly what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and what he expects the NYT to do with it, and then writers/editors at the NYT follow the instructions he lays out. that kind of complicity is hard to ignore.
