In the midst of this, I found out I had the same breast cancer that ended up killing my male BF. I am okay now, for the record. We lost my MIL, and my cousin, too. Oh, and both cats. All since the start of the 2020’s.

My mom spent 6 1/2 months in various hospitals, we were basically told she’d die at one point but she pulled through. All of this became my problem from 1500 miles away, and then she died after less than 3 years, likely due to Covid.
