This year #CellBio2024 @ascbiology.bsky.social held in San Diego has been extra special for me! Beyond being able to continue connecting with a fervent cell biology community in many fields, I had the honor to present my work in the Art and Science track with a talk and an art exhibition.

I had the pleasure of illustrating for MacDonald et al. “Synovial tissue myeloid dendritic cell subsets exhibit distinct tissue-niche localization and function in health and rheumatoid arthritis” published on the cover of @cellpress.bsky.social Immunity this month.

It’s been my pleasure to illustrate science for @dikiclab.bsky.social @idikic.bsky.social @uxiagestal.bsky.social and Dr. Lina Heraus on their publication titled “IRGQ-mediated autophagy in MHC class I quality control promotes tumor immune evasion” published in Cell this month!

The session will be followed by a collective #art #exhibition organized by @beatascienceart.bsky.social at UC San Diego Park & Market, 1100 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92101.
