How can Outlook be around for so long and be so bad?

There is no such thing as unskilled labor.
As someone who now works in tech, but has been a janitor, dishwasher, bus boy etc... In every job that I've had that many would call "unskilled" I've seen people who were AMAZING at what they did. (And people who thought it'd be easy and were humbled)

Is this not a blatant Hatch Act violation?

I was just thinking about the few years when Bluetooth was new and you got to guess if the person walking down the street was on a phone call or hallucinating.
