-Holster weapons if required/desired
-Mount damage
-Bug fixes

But already feels cinematic and fun. Excited to see community maps with this once I finish it.

Fairly small preview for today: 3D shells for Turok. shotgun shell is a modified version of the original ammo pickup, whereas the others are new.

Hopefully they fit the game's aesthetic and level of detail. Plan for these to be part of a larger modder's tool-kit.

More aesthetic / vibe testing. Hybrid of #PSX, #N64 and modern techniques, e.g. high-res shadows and per-pixel lighting. Aiming for a #KingsField feel

Various shaders like Zorochase's Ultimate Retro Shader Collection & Purpbatboi2i's RDP Dither.

Quick experiments with #N64 style textures and models. Not going for limitation accuracy, just style.

Top of stool needs a new texture, imo. But this looks similar to the N64 to me.

Happy with this melee, 1 second vs the Halo:CE Magnum's 1.5 seconds. I wanted a twirl but the M6C is going to be a CQB sidearm. So there is no time for flashy twirls here, only crackin' skulls.

Finished recreating the 2000 #Halo Mac shotgun model. Using the original textures from 1999 to see how my model compares. I'm happy with the results, so now I'll make my own textures.

Decided I'd try a gun from the official Digsite archive.

This is a recreation of the 2000 Mac shotgun for #Halo. Still need to finish some parts but I am very happy with it so far. Will be very fun to animate and get in-game.

Happy with the texture so far. Seams will be a challenge but I'll manage.

Will make two textures. First inspired by the official design, and the second by the 99 Mac version I'll show later.

Will make full materials for other MCC engines.

Been in a #Halo mood. Going through the Digsite Github and deciding to either enhance, or remake Halo's cut assets at a level consistent with the final game.

Started with a remake of the machete using the original as well as the difficulty icon as a reference. Texturing is up next.

Universal grenade throwing for @nightdivestudios.bsky.social 's #Turok remaster.

If no throwing animation exists, it uses a generic animation and model swap in code. As long as a weapon mod hooks into my custom SDK, it will work.

Working on a new shotgun model for a Turok mod. Personally I'm very pleased when a model somehow looks retro while still having lots of detail.

Who knew 64x64 or less textures could look this good? They can be like a puzzle, and very fun to get good results with.

Still a long way to go. Needs better firing sounds, no bullet on empty reload, dynamic recoil system. But the animations turned out nice, and I feel add a sense of realism to this silly 90s version of a MP5K.
