Mortality for 23weeks is 57%, but 23+0 is 69% vs 23+6 is 46%. Every day really does matter. Strong data for Perinatal teams.

Sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. In every kitchen area we've done away with kettle and have instant boiling water on tap. With up to 100 staff per day making hot drinks amazing how much time is saved waiting for the kettle to boil! #NHSefficiency Bear seems happy!

So the new scrubs have arrived! We move into our new futuristic NICU next week @ Nottingham Centre for Newborn Care. So, so excited for our babies, families and staff.
