There is such a thing as “too much news”. I find myself needing escape time to sit and think about other things to keep my brain from fizzling out. It's a busy week for workshop prep, so I'm focusing on dyeing beautiful wool to keep sane.☺️ Enjoy your holiday weekend!

Squee! I knew Badger from his puppyhood, but Pete's a new mug to me. Such adorable pups! We're down to cats now, working on adopting feral kittens, plus one indoor girl Molly we've had a few years.

Hee hee! Exactly! And deep seas or elegant gowns. I hooked a rug of my middle son as a Steampunk Submarine captain and his navy jacket was sparkle wool. I wish it showed up better in the photo.😛

Had a busy couple of days dyeing wool. I sold a lot at my most recent workshop, so I had to catch up my inventory. This will fill in some gaps. 🥰

We have four feral kittens on the back porch. They're nearly weaned and we hope to trap, neuter and then adopt them all.

Our current feral kitten cluster. They're close to being weaned, at which point we hope to capture them, have them fixed, and adopt them. Right now they scatter and are afraid of us, but we're working on that!

Those of us of a certain age will remember the sweet, charming children's books we grew up with. I loved “Frog and Toad Are Friends” as a kid. So when I saw this t-shirt, I had to have it! 🥰
