He’ll probably sell the land (that doesn’t have minerals to “drill baby, drill”) for estates for the buyers of his $5m “golden visas.” It will all go into the “sovereign wealth fund” being created by his 2/3/25 Executive Order. After all, a king needs a sovereign wealth fund.
