The book, really, is designed to be a starting point: a textbook that introduces students (and anyone else who’s keen, too) to a range of frameworks and lenses for studying history and games. It draws on academic researchers and game makers to explore key areas in theory and practice.

I've created a basic prototype based on memory benches and their embodied human stories.

Benches are symbols of remembrance, but often they can be desecrated or fall into disrepair.

I'm hoping to create a contemplative experience to highlight discussions of humanity, preservation, and dignity.
