The one time I saw Whitesnake two women in their late 50s started fighting over something he threw into the crowd, and another kept hitting me in the back of the head with the cover of the iPad she was using to take photos.

I never liked Brooksie but the guy was easily the most important New York hockey writer for the last 30+ years. Cancer sucks. Thinking of his kids today.
