There are two fundamental flaws in LLM design that will prevent them becoming AGI:
- They mistake knowledge for intelligence
- They can't synthesize/innovate
These are limitations baked into how LLM's work. There are no tweaks that fix this. It's definitional to what an LLM is.

One of my goals for 2026 is not a rebranding, but a "brand refresh." Thanks to Olga, I have a proper logo now. I've also been diving into learning more creation software to improve the video elements I have. Ideally, I'm going to roll out some more polish come Jan 2026.

Something to keep in mind when you read up on the "AI Bubble" (which is a real thing, we've seen it before): the most likely survivor of the bubble is not Open AI - they're toast.
The major LLM company most likely to survive and benefit? Palantir.

One regret I have: I cannot properly grow a moustache, unlike my dad and his relatives. Mom's side simply didn't equip me for much facial hair. Otherwise, I could participate in Movember for the Men's Health Month awareness campaign. Kudos to all those who can don a stache, though!
