My old boy passed today. Came home from my trip last night to find him sleeping and refusing his favorite snacks. He passed on his own before one of our wonderful docs could make it in to help him let go. I’m so sorry, Coy 💔

Monty is owner-handled by Katie Bernardin, and is currently the #1 all-breed dog in the United States. This is a feat his father, Ty, accomplished years earlier.
Besides this, he is 2 time working group winner at Westminster and now holds 64 best in show titles #dogsofbluesky

The DDR (Deutsches Demokratische Republik, East Germany) sought to create the “perfect” line of their national breed. All breeding dogs were carefully examined for physical abnormalities, and no dog with anything less than healthy, functional hips was allowed to be bred.
