WIP Wednesday! Here's a snippet from the seventh and penultimate chapter of Room of Dolls. Hubert attempts one last escape and the Anointed One gives chase. CW: gore, stalking, graphic threats, general creepiness.
Wetness slithered down his face, leaked out from the corners of his eyes and drawing slick trails along his cheeks. He pressed a finger to the damp rivulets, the digit coming away smeared with red. More blood dripped from his nose. Filled the insides of his mouth and choked the back of his throat. Acid burned through his veins. His organs boiled from the inside and melted into a slurry, the liquefied sludge slowly oozing out through his pores. He growled and spat out the chunk, leaving a gory starburst on the ground. “My Love!” he called out with sing-song giggle, “I hold no ill will towards you! Even if you spat in the face of my generosity and repaid my every gesture of affection with contempt! I am not angered by the flagrant disrespect you have shown me at every turn,” he rasped between bloodied teeth, spitting out another gob blood. The Sword of the Creator unfurled with a loud “click,” the razored chain links of the weapon hanging in a bladed noose. The faint steps of his quarry paused for a beat. Frozen and fraught, before sprinting down an adjoining corridor. The Anointed One shoved himself from the wall and followed after the racing patter in a limping, lopsided jog. The bladed links of his relic dragged behind him, grinding across the ancient stone in a shrill scrape. “I do not wish to harm you...” he staggered onward, grinning through the blood filling his mouth, “I only wish to CLEAVE OPEN YOUR BELLY AND SPILL YOUR ENTRAILS UPON THE GROUND!” laughter bubbled from his chest and spilled out through his crimson-frothed lips, “I want to rip out the beating heart from your chest and tear into the bloodied mass with my teeth. Sink my my hands into your slit belly and crawl inside your flayed skin! The two of us can finally be one! Together and inseparable!” more laughter exploded from his lungs, spraying more red flecks across the stone walls, “You cannot escape me! I will find you where ever you hide!”

In light of recent events, here's a snippet of some Ferdibert smut from a WIP I've been working on! Features War Phase and Academy Phase Ferdinand double-teaming Academy Phase Hubert. NSFW. Slight dubcon elements due to unplanned voyeurism.
A strange grunt sounded from the other side of the door. A strained, almost pained sound. Ferdinand frowned as he crept closer, the noises growing more shrill. Aspirated and brittle. A chorus of tangled, gulping breaths. Moans that sounded pained and tinged with an edge of raw desperation. Was his older self injured? Had he been hiding a wound the whole time? The other Ferdinand had not shown any outward signs of being in any sort of pain. Surely the professor, or the archbishop, or someone would have noticed if he were concealing some sort of injury and provided the medical he required. Right? The worried furrow in the brow deepened. Ferdinand raised a hand to knock on the polished oak surface but froze upon noting that the door had been left ajar. Curious, he peered through the gap and squinted into the candlelit room. Concern shifted; pinpricks of chilled unease blistered into an inferno of raging wildfire. Ferdinand’s eyes went wide, his jaw dropped to the floor as he took in the very unexpected scene playing out before him. Inside the room, Ferdinand’s future self sat upon the bed, stripped of his armour plating but still garbed in the tunic and trousers he arrived in. Face flushed and eyes half-lidded as he let out another deep, rumbling moan that was mired in something much different than pain. And draped across his lap was Hubert: stripped naked, his ass propped up and pushing back on two fingers plunging deep into his bared hole. Ferdinand gaped at the lewd scene taking shape before him. The air strangled from his lungs. He had seen Hubert in states of partial undress before, usually to tend to a wound acquired during a mission the Black Eagles were assigned to. Such instances were always brisk. Clinical. Peeling back just enough of the bloodied fabric to properly apply a poultice or healing spell to the torn flesh. The scene unfolding before Ferdinand was something quite different. Hubert’s long legs writhed. The lean muscles drawn taut, tensed with exertion. The pale globes of his rear undulated with every plunge of thick digits, canting back to meet every movement. His cock hard and enveloped in a deep blush, beaded with precum at the tip and pressed flush against the other Ferdinand’s thigh. Hubert’s usual menacing baritone had become cracked, pitched at an unusually high octave. The thready little noises he let out braided with unmistakable desire. Desperate and unspeakably obscene. Ferdinand’s older self smiled down at the squirming mage with a look of smug satisfaction. He drove his fingers deep inside the oil-soaked clutch. An amused chuckle rumbled in his chest as Hubert lurched with a ragged gasp, his lithe body drawn taut like a bowstring pulled to it breaking point. “So eager and wet for me already,” the other Ferdinand said with a fond chuckle as he eyed the beads of precum dribbling on his trousers. He pulled his fingers out, smirking as Hubert whined and bucked against him, the puckered muscle still gaped and winking, desperate to be filled once more, “Though I suppose this pretty hole of yours has always been an insatiable thing.” The other Ferdinand then rammed the two fingers back inside right to the knuckle. Hubert arched with a shriek as he took the fingers deep inside himself.

Smug, taunting, the sound was unmistakable. A sneer that had clung to Ferdinand’s memories of his academy days. Hubert’s bloodied nose flared as if sniffing the air before wrinkling with disgust. “Who…what…How is this possible?!” Ferdinand managed to gasp. Hubert cackled maniacally, his eyes wide and frenzied like a rabid beast. Every note of malign laughter a shard of glass stabbing at Ferdinand’s nerves. He winced at the noise. It sounded so much like the way the man had cackled in Enbarr as he unleased wave upon wave of dark magic on the kingdom’s army. “Such fear in your eyes, Ferdinand von Aegir,” Hubert taunted, his lips twisted into a deranged sneer. His mouth stained with the strange black substance that streamed from his bleeding nose, “Do you believe me to be a spectre? A vengeful spirit charged with the sole purpose tormenting you for every waking second of your wretched life?”

Hubert bit down on the urge to roll his eyes. “I am merely taking a moment to regain my breath. You can return to whatever duties you were tending to. I will be on my way soon and will be of no trouble to you or your family,” Hubert grumbled even as his words slurred with drowsiness, his eyelids grew heavy, and the last tethers of alertness loosened their hold and gave way to the smothering blanket of exhaustion that had been slowly enveloping him.

A tall set of bay windows stood at the far end of the room, overlooking the edge of a cliff and the crashing sea waves down far below. Before him was a plate, filled with array of steamed vegetables, and fine cuts of seasoned pheasant arranged in an aesthetically pleasing formation atop a bed of shredded cabbage and scrambled eggs. “I see you have awoken at last, my love! It gives me no greater joy than to see you returned to my side at long last!” Hubert balked at the voice. It was a voice he had heard many times. One that usually ignited an instinctual eyeroll and exasperated sigh before sparking a barrage of barbed retorts of his own. His eyes snapped to the dining room entrance where Hubert found himself staring into the face of none other than Ferdinand von Aegir. Or at least… someone who bore a very similar appearance…

Sylvain strolled up to Hubert, the grin on his face glowing brighter. He wrapped his arms around the mage's waist and pulled him close, tucking his chin on Hubert's shoulder. “Rough day?” Hubert jolted at the touch, jumped at the sudden voice in his ear. The empty cup bounced in his hands as he fingers fumbled and scrambled to keep their hold on the delicate porcelain. He looked over his shoulder, the tension in his body easing as he caught sight of his lover. Hubert let out a sigh of both exasperation and fondness as he relaxed into Sylvain’s embrace. “No more harrowing than the tedious deadlock our armies have been mired in for the last month,” Hubert mumbled. He slumped against Sylvain’s chest, and released another tired sigh.

She stared at the girl’s reflection— A young woman garbed in the pressed cotton and twill of her academy uniform, her red hair tied into a bun with a few errant strands of stained cherry spilling out from their confines and falling around her cheeks. The young woman’s face scrunched with near-perfect synchronization to her own. Her nose twitched. Wriggled. Nostrils flared out with each heavy drag of air. Lips puckered and curled into grins of varying intensity, testing out how each smirk looked upon her face. The muscles in her face contorted. Stretched, pinched, and smoothed out once more like lumps of moulded clay as she rehearsed a full spectrum of emotive states. All the while, a pair of eyes that were not quite her own—layered and slotted over her own gaze—stared back at her. The smile on her face fell out of place the longer she examined the mirror. The flesh around her lips drooped at the sides like melted ice sliding down a pane of glass. She rolled her jaw and flashed a smile of sharp teeth, the white tips of her incisors peeking out from her lips. Behind her, three bodies were stacked: two priests and a bishop. The ivory fabric of their robes soaked the same stark shade of crimson that pooled on the ground around them. A much needed improvement to their dour wardrobe. Red suited them quite nicely. Kronya tapped the mirror with the tip of her bloodied knife. Her practised grin fell back into an irate pout as the glass remained unchanged before her, showing nothing more than young woman who’s skin she wore.
