A single bugler outside the nearest war memorial is all that is needed, I opened my windows yesterday to hear it and it was moving. People died to ensure we had the freedom to wear or not wear a poppy.
Also, if people want to attend a rememberance event, that is also obviously 100% ok.

Who knows for sure, but stand at any junction and take a look how many drivers are fondling their phones, I'd say well over 30%

Pedestrians, say thank you when crossing the road and you don't get run over.

First day in Hong Kong on a work trip with @soapywetdish.bsky.social in about 2014ish, our hosts took us for chinese food (they just call it food over there - hoho), I made an attempt with chopsticks and after about 30 seconds waiter arrived with knife and fork for me. #fml
