Well done! Thank you for this important work. As a pathologist who issues many prostate cancer reports, I would love to see examples of your PCPR reports. Unfortunately, the supplemental information published does not include them.

Or if you don't want to purchase a 21 year old book, just consider taking large-ish sections at the distal margin and shaving a small strip of urothelium at the proximal margins.

Beautiful technique and review of gross anatomy. One consideration from someone who has signed out hundreds of RPs: A more parsimonious approach to the distal and proximal margins can conserve resources and make it easier to localize + margins. See www.amazon.com/Surgical-Pat...
