Criminalizing how public officials vote on policy seems like a pretty honking big First Amendment problem.
States like Tennessee have been laboratories for fascism for years but this is next-level out of control.
Among a list of other immigration policies, Gov. Bill Lee is proposing a felony charge and removal from office for local elected officials who vote in favor of sanctuary city policies in Tennessee.
