This one is particularly interesting, because the patient had normal baseline leptin levels to start with, but increasing these still led to improvements.

Note alleviation of the symptoms of #OCD and self-harm.

Route to OCD in starvation is well-described.

My assumption would be that digestive bitters, by raising GLP-1 and CCK, would lower gastric emptying and gut motility further, causing more bloating, discomfort and constipation. Is my assumption wrong and are they helpful?
