I’m old enough to remember the stimulus checks sent out during the recession and during the pandemic.
That money paid our bills and kept the lights on.
We didn’t suddenly feel all middle class and spend it on restaurants or clothes.
Any money sent this time won’t pay for healthcare. It just won’t.

When elected Democrats betray those values, I will vote to replace them.

The great thing about the Epstein Ballroom is that the next President can tear half of it down and reinstate offices for the First Lady without worrying that taxpayers paid for the ballroom. I’m betting plenty of Americans will be happy to tear it down with our own hands.
