I'm waiting for someone to sue them over the fact that they have sidelined the director. Though the director is interim, they are still supposed to run the show. As of now, they have cut them out almost entirely. Until it goes to court, there's no real way to stop it.

DOGE is legal because it's just an advisory committee. The reason why they can do all of this is because they're not actually doing anything. They're doing all of this through OPM, which is now run by political appointee Musk loyalists.
