ZHA in HomeAssistant is so far away in terms of functionality from Zigbee2MQTT addon. It's just mind-blowing.

Yesterday I had my first interview session with AI interviewer. Interesting experience. It was a System design interview, with screen share. I could talk freely, ask questions. It was unsettling and confusing, but it was on my side and not the fault of AI. New normality...

Don't use dummy users (admin:admin) in your systems!
If you have to have a dummy user in your system that's created during install, the first thing should happen during onboarding is a creation of a proper user with a proper password and 2FA and removal of the dummy.

You should vibe code to follow these two methodologies:
1. SDD - Shit Driven Development
2. BBD - Broken By Design

You're not Google to make microservices and optimize milliseconds of latency. You don't own the underlying infrastructure and networking stack to improve something there. Go with monolith if you care about latency.

When I say LinkedIn as a platform is outdated I mean this. And they are part of Microsoft. They should be aware that Skype has died.

- How are you?
- Not too bad!
- What does it mean? Is it bad, but not "too" bad? Normal level of "bad", or slightly worse than normal to be abnormal? How do you measure? What is the scale?
- WAT?

I'm impressed how Anycubic Kobra S1 just prints anything you want it to print. It's not just PLA-PETG machine. Printed ASA, ABS, PC ABS and Nylon so far.

I swear to fucking gods, if I survive WW3, I *will* be doing my part in manufacturing nuclear ICBMs in Ukraine. And no peacenik or "escalation manager" would be able to convince me otherwise.
Danish Intelligence Service (FE) report on 11 February 2025 concluded...Russia already sees itself in conflict with the West and is preparing for a war against NATO. Should there be a pause of fighting in Ukraine, FE concludes that Russia could, within 6 months, fight a war with a bordering country.
Russias Baltic Fleet are in active preparations for confrontation not seen since Cold War.

Chilling assessment by @jjdroxford.bsky.social of increased and changed communication activity
indicating a change closer to war footing.

Why when ChatGPT says some crazy shit we call this hallucinations, but when Elon Musk does the same we call this visionary thoughts?

Apparently, to get the full frequency spectrum in Wifi 6E/7 6Ghz you should live in North America or set the US/Canada as your region in your AP settings.

I fell for the Play Market reviews of Microsoft Translator and installed it to compare it with Google's. It's hilarious that a multibillion-dollar tech company with such a strong AI portfolio could make such a piece of crap.
