What is the SpO2 I genially ask? In our target range? Well that's fine then.

A middle-aged healthy patient undergoes colonoscopy under propofol sedation.
Colonoscopy is unremarkable.
Post-procedure, the patient doesn't wake up and has rhythmic movements involving the legs as shown here.

Four pearls on the diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis!
When to suspect rhabdo includes:
- hyperthermia
- status epilepticus
- crush injury
- extreme exertion (marathon)
- found down
- compartment syndrone
- kidney injury of unknown etiology
