Could you go old school and work it out on 10 square to the inch graph paper by tracing? Lot of work, but we used to do things that way. Approached in the right mood, it was even kind of fun.

I had to quit my quilting guild because they wouldn't shut up about Obama being "evil". Years later I quit a knitting group because the majority were vocal Trump supporters. My younger self would have fought to reclaim both groups. My older self knows a losing battle when she sees it.

I should be good - this is apparently a routine procedure after cataract surgery.

Turns out I need capsulotomies in both eyes to clear up my vision. Maybe after that I can get back to enjoying reading. Feels weird to not always have a book going.

I think it would be lovely as a shawl.

Mine are complicated crochet ornaments in thread. They are all stitched and awaiting blocking. Can no longer afford to ship bigger gifts.
