Sometimes I wonder how USA politics would differ if POTUS net ratings were similar to those of Presidents of Philippines (who serve single 6 year terms).

Exception: after Estrada left office early in 2001, VP Arroyo became President and won election in 2004. She had no honeymoon

The article doesn't mention that Iraq used SNTV only for the 2021 election. They went back to PR for 2025 election. Photos of Iraq 2025 ballots I found in various articles show people's faces, which makes me think it's open list, though I'm not sure about that.
