How much worse will housing accessibility, accomodations, and security for disabled tenants be when landlords are further advantaged with faster eviction mechanisms and more opportunity for retaliation against us?

Bill 60 still:
- Allows landlords who have provided 120 days notice for an Landlord’s Own Use eviction, to not to have to provide compensation to the tenants or offer another unit.
- Shortens the Arrears Eviction Notice Period from 14 to 7 days—making evictions even faster.
