What I've learned living w/ #ChronicPain is that your body and brain will sleep when they hit the invisible wall. In other words, our body and brain will sleep when they need to. Just take deep breaths in and out visualize your most perfect environment in which to sleep. Remember, you're not alone.

Being your own advocate is key. Even if you have a loving family, friends and/or partner, stand up for yourself when facing the system. Take help, accept assistance but stay the one who makes the decisions until you can't. Good luck in your struggle and know your aren't alone.
