Thinking more soft mod for the OG Xbox. Keeping it simple. I’ve got to grab a picoflasher and then I can fulfill the 360. Got two on the bench now, just not super confident in my soldering, yet.

I’ve got a PS4 on the repair bench. Hoping it was broken awhile ago so it has early firmware.
