Have you upgraded to Pi-Hole v6?
Is it running in a unprivileged LXC container?
Are you seeing this error?
Failed to adjust the time during NTP sync: Insufficient permissions
Fix: Disable Time Sync.
Containers get their time from the host anyway.
This is NOT an issue for Docker or bare metal.

Have you upgraded to Pi-Hole v6?
