Hey, y’all! Sam is HOME! He responded really well to his meds. No cure for the heart problems, but we’ll take every day as it comes, and count it as a gift. Thanks to everyone who sent a good thought. 😻

Oh, y’all… I talked to Sam’s Dr this afternoon. He has an enlarged heart and lots of fluid on his lungs. They’re trying to get rid of the fluid and will do an ultrasound tomorrow to look at his heart more closely. Still hope, but it’s basically heart failure. 😢
