Two scuba divers underwater wearing full gear including dry suits, masks, and regulators. Interestingly, this had graphics, but was pre-Zork. Had pong, Simon says, shooting games. Games required taping a plastic sheet on the screen... the big block graphics would light up translucent static images on the plastic. They in 17" and 19" sized sheets so it could fit whatever TV size you had.
