Made a UU 2025 bingo card, here's to a good year!

Probably my hottest take of the year, but Blue Lock S2 was actually good. Better than S1, even.

Okay okay first of all this is insane and exactly what I wanted. UU *desperately* needs some filler to flesh out the characters and world more.

Second considering the KV and teaser I think it WILL cover that fight, but extended with original additions. Maybe flashing back to 1/2

Such an iconic part of the series, even if Andy isn't in a chapter there's always one hidden for the reader to spot.
They even made an official shirt for it!!!

I really appreciate DP giving the Spoil arc a more solid closure than what the manga had.
Specially with Andys final line about their emotions never spoiling, bringing it full circle ♥

Unfeel arc!
Nowhere near my fav, but it's a very underrated arc that always hits me. The wait for Phil content was long, but well worth it!
One of the strongest loop arcs imo!!

Day 4 of #UUAppreciationWeek!

Nico and Phil and their father-son relationship!!
Always in the background and never drawn attention to. Until it pays off in the loop with Nico's investment in their mission.
Tozuka's attention to detail and their eventual pay offs are unmatched ♥

Day 3 of #UUAppreciationWeek goes to...

VicJui!!! One of the most special, unique relationships I've seen in a battle shonen, and for a very good reason.
They mean the world to me, and I want them to have their happy ending, too. No one has earned it more than them.

Recently got around to buying and reading UEUJ and Cool Shock BT from Araki.

BT is such a nice, charming read. Very impressive for his first serialization.
UEUJ are a much more polished series of short works. The titular one was prolly my favorite.

(Theres SBR too but I'm already caught up w JoJo)

The silliest guy, but also the scariest. Top tier design in both phases, especially considering it's a monster version of a bedsheet halloween costume.
Phase 2 in particular is the sickest design in the series. Love him so much

For day 1 I choose Ichico Nemuri, Unsleep!
From the classic trope of the fridged wife, to a fledged character with full agency, personality and dynamics outside of her love interest.
One of my fav examples of Tozuka's great writing!
