Red Norvo made over 100 recordings for ARC, Columbia, and related companies from the 1930s through 1950s. Mildred Bailey was notably the singer for many of his 1930s sessions. Session data now online.

Tenor Lloyd Chandos made 12 recordings for Columbia in the UK between 1903 and 1905. He specialized in oratorio and opera.

Big band trumpeter Harry James recorded for Brunswick beginning in 1937 and recorded for Columbia from 1939 until signing with Capitol in 1955. Notably, Frank Sinatra sang with his band in 1939. Data on over 380 James masters now online.

Composer Alexander Maloof led "Maloof's Oriental Orchestra" in over 30 recordings for Maloof Records at Gennett's NY studio from 1922-25. Session data now online. For many masters we don't know the issue numbers. Please reach out if you have the discs.

John Watson, a minister of the Free Church of Scotland, wrote fiction under the pen name Ian MacLaren. Watson, as MacLaren, recorded 3 selections for Columbia in London in 1904.

"Queen of Swing" Mildred Bailey recorded over 100 masters for the ARC company in the 1930s, often with the Red Norvo Orchestra. The recordings were released on Brunswick, Vocalion, and Columbia. Session data now online.

Baritone Ian Colquhoun recorded 21 songs for British Columbia between 1903 and 1907. He also recorded extensively for Leeds & Catlin in the U.S. in 1907.

Victor set M-1154 "Waltzing with Romberg" was recorded 11/21 and 11/22/1946 with Sigmund Romberg directing his own orchestra. Also available on WMO-1154 (45-rpm) and LM-91 (LP). Session data now online.
