I rate films on Letterboxd based on how much I enjoy them. Sometimes that means sleazy thrillers get the same ratings as flawed Welles masterpieces. However, I think “Impulse” should be up there with “To Live and Die in LA” as a neo-noir classic, IMHO. #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #FilmSky
