If allegations that the CIA has been managing the U.S. government's classified UFO programs are accurate, then Congress has a responsibility to dissolve the agency and transfer its personnel into a new structure with safeguards that prevent these abuses from ever happening again.

Congress needs to urgently establish a new Church Committee to untangle all of the classified UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs being operated by the U.S. military and intelligence community.
