Also just as an aside, since when was it a normal thing to get respiratory illnesses in the middle of summer. This is not back to normal, it's completely not okay.

Every time I get something like this, I seem to get sicker than other people, for longer than other people and I never know if it's going to permanently impact my baseline function.
