I want a mayor who says things like this.

I want everyone to have a mayor like this.

But as of today, Seattle will actually have a mayor who DOES say this.

I can't wait for the future in Seattle/King County. I love my home and I am so proud we elected people who genuinely want to make it better.
"There is an awful lot that I want to accomplish as mayor," Wilson said. "I want everybody in this great city of ours to have a roof over their head. I want universal childcare and free K-8 summer care. I want world-class mass transit. I want great, safe public spaces where kids can run around with abandon. I want stable, affordable housing for renters. I want social housing. I want much more land and wealth to be owned and stewarded by communities instead of corporations. I want a robust economy, with thriving small businesses, great living wage jobs, and strong rights for workers. I want a city where everyone has the basics of a dignified life, including healthy food, access to healthcare, and support of communities. I want a city where your health and your life expectancy and your children's future doesn't depend on your zip code or your race."

It's an election night story that was missed because King County is just a blip compared to other elections.
Spending the night shift in our King County Jail, riding the Metro buses. If you're following the mayor's race. Here's an update from Katie Wilson's page. Seems as though former mayor Nickels thinks it'll go in her favor by less than a hundred votes...

Another one. No shock here. Best band. This is the band who toured in 2017 with Protect Immigrant Communities and Refugees welcome here, wrote a song about Matthew Shepard, and wore pride flags when Westboro were going to come by... This was here too!

Question on Instagram: any plans on joining no music for genocide? No closer to heaven 10th anniversary cover. Then answer "we've asked our rights holders to remove our songs from DSPs in Israel and they told us they have. I'm not sure how long that takes to take effect, but in short, yes.

We always used to think she was part ragdoll. Lovely cat. Very sweet. Friendly. Loved by everyone. But shedded so much!

And her "sister" Jingle. Who was the opposite. Very shy. Hated everyone. Really took a liking to my stepdad to his delight. She was his furry child.
Jingle the cat. Gray tabby type cat with medium hair and green eyes. Sitting in a white bath tub between the wall of the tub and a shower curtain colored with poison dart frogs. Her eyes are "glowing" due to flash Jingle again. Gray cat with some tabby markings and very long whiskers. She was in my bedroom but again the flash makes her green eyes "glow." Jingle the cat. Gray tabby markings with green eyes and long whiskers. She's sitting on top of a microwave (and just barely under the bottom of the kitchen cabinet). In front of her /on top of the microwave are a couple of boxes of tea. To the right, a basket also holds tea.

I'm remembering he came back from the hospital/clinic and immediately performed too. I can't remember when this was in the whole thing. Steve (far left) and Norm (standing) are both gay, but they'd do this anyway.
