As an avid motorcyclist AND a scientist, I couldn’t help but collect some sound data when installing a new exhaust on my bike. “Loud pipes save lives” is complete bullshit. I reduced the loudness by almost 10% to 96.5db at 6k rpm with improved performance. Forest friendly too. 😎

Finn is still grinding away with #bmx racing. He’s no speed demon (quite tentative), but he enjoys it and is slowly improving. Probably needs a better coach.
