Fidds is a highly-educated man and misspelling so much of his dialogue (“your as “yer,” or “for” as “fer,” etc) just kind of comes off as a bit condescending. Fiddleford WRITES properly with no spelling errors. So his dialogue should reflect the care with which he communicates.
