Completed The Outer Wilds last night. Loved it, really wished more games would take the approach that game does. I found myself going from I don't get it, to having a deep appreciation of the game and understanding of its critical reception. (Avoiding specifics cause best played blind) #blutoid

Completed Honest Hearts. I forgot how short that dlc is. Honestly I'd put it higher but it really is only a couple of hours and most of that is just walking lol. Still it's worth the playthough. I've also updated some other things notably Point Lookout. I need to go back and play fo3. #blutoid

Been playing New Vegas again, this time Survival on the hardest difficulty. Then I decided to run through all the dlcs. Weirdly I did not enjoy Old World Blues as much as normal. I think the difficulty increase kinda revealed that without the story, it's actually kinda repetitive.

#blutoid Saw Starfield added customizable difficulty. So I decided to do a playthrough as I haven't beat the space cowboy questline.

There’s a post in the Game Dev subreddit about Monotype issuing legal warnings to video game developers about the use of fonts that came prepackaged with Windows not being legal for commercial use. It’s worth it to skim the fonts listed and check your creations.

Legend of Mana's combat system is by far its weakest component. Despite having many abilities, magic and special moves none of them are necessary as you can effectively just mash x and win most if not all fights. There's a glitch where if you time your attacks you can stun-lock everything.

Super Metroid is too floaty.
Terra becoming an optional party member in the second half in FFVI doesn’t make sense because Kefka is her ultimate foil.
FFXIV has quashed so many of its pain points its no longer as fun to play.
