nerdy Native scholar, educator, writer, surfer, and pickleballer. Oh, and Deadhead, too.
Trump/trumpism was the initial cause of the implosion of my marriage. On the other hand people always show you who they are…..and when they do, believe them.

I say this often and said this in class yesterday.
They might take an American Indian studies class thinking easy A, but then find out it’s a lot more challenging than they thought.

Wonder how trump’s SIL and Jewish convert daughter feel about it?

Idk Mike. Didn’t you just help normalize the fascist broligarchy? Democracy means nothing to them, only power. It certainly didn’t matter 4 years ago. These are not normal times and we cannot treat them as such. You must stand up to them ✊🏽

Barron always looks vacant, or miserable. He also sends off a vibe of being a ticking time bomb.

I was there for Obama inauguration 1.0. Me and a million other people braved the cold and no one died that i know of, and were super proud to be there. But i guess it’s not surprising that this one would pander to a bunch of pansy-ass billionaires.

I like Bluesky, but we really need more response options than just the heart button.

Hell to the no. Surfing and hanging out with friends is a much better use of my time than giving one second of my time to the sociopath-in-chief.

Buyers remorse seems to be spreading. Bring. It. On.

The right might think they can derail soc sci and humanities by rebranding as wokeism but the train has long left the station and there are too many of us doing the work of history correctives and sociopolitical reframing. Too many of us also care about climate change to stop us.

We all know that “deporting immigrants” only applies to certain immigrants, and it’s not the highly educated ones who come for the high end STEM jobs.

I think a lot of people are in for a rude awakening when they realize they don’t know what they were voting for. The midterm elections could easily be a game changer just like in trump 1.0. We are always playing the long game.
