I’m so sorry you’ve been going through this. It sounds awful but you’re not alone. If it gets very dangerous where you don’t feel like you can be safe please contact the numbers for crisis center or go to a hospital. I’ve done it before and it’s really better than being in a dangerous mental place.

If you have a therapist or someone you can talk to please do. It’s important to have a support system. Weirdly I found supportive people in my ymca swim class but before that I had my doctor and therapist. You can ask for an emergency appointment. Please stay safe.
