Let's put this illegal funding freeze in perspective and make it personal.

Carter is on social security disability including Medicaid for his insurance.

He would lose his healthcare insurance. He would lose the little SSDI he gets. He does not and will never make enough to be independent.

70+ million willing to vote for a convicted felon.
