A mixture of fantasy and flashback scenes. In the fantasy panels, the group is exploring a dark cave, holding torches, and they find both a magical mace, and a chimera waiting for them. Another mixture of flashback and in-game scenes. The group fights the chimera, while outside of the game the players focus on the battle. Eddie Munson speaks with three of the younger kids from Stranger Things, Mike, Dustin, and Lucas, in the school's cafeteria. A series of panel depicting different scenes: Eddie Munson playing with his band in a garage, his group playing Dungeon and Dragons, his band walking down the street, a drawing of a DnD group, and then just Eddie himself.

Today Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures Phase III #17 comes out, which means that the variant cover that I colored (by the amazing @rin237.bsky.social) is out!
